Terms of Service

By registering an account on ClanHQ(the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use ClanHQ.

ClanHQ provides clan-management tools for World of Tanks: rosters, recruitment, battle planning, attendance, fleet intelligence and related features.

• Free trial: 30 days of full access on registration.
• Commander tier: €9/month or €79/year after the trial ends.
• We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person.
• No automation or scraping of ClanHQ.
• No attempting to access other users' data.
• You must comply with Wargaming's Terms of Service independently.
• No use of the Service for illegal purposes.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

• You ownyour clan's operational data — plans, notes, recruitment records, lineups, etc.
• Game statistics data belongs to Wargaming and is provided via their Public API.
• By using the Service you grant ClanHQ a limited licence to process and display your clan data for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
• On account deletion, your data is deleted within 30 days, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current period.
• No refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
• Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to local taxes (including Romanian VAT where applicable).
• Romanian VAT (TVA) is applied where required.

• We aim for high availability but provide no SLA guarantee.
• Maintenance windows are announced with advance notice where possible.
• We are not liable for Wargaming API downtime affecting data sync.

• The ClanHQ brand, design, and codebase are owned by Amatech Consulting S.R.L.
• Game assets, tank names, and clan statistics belong to Wargaming.
• User-generated content (notes, plans, lineup decisions) remains yours.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Loss of clan data due to accidental deletion by users.
• Wargaming API changes affecting Service functionality.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid to ClanHQ in the three months preceding the claim.

• You may delete your account at any time from the account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• On termination, your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts. Mandatory EU consumer rights apply where relevant.

We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
